About Me

I am a Compliance and Risk Specialist with over seven years of experience designing, implementing, and auditing compliance frameworks across complex multi-stakeholder environments. My work spans policy development, risk assessment, organisational audits, corrective action planning, and capacity building across international NGOs and UN-affiliated organisations.

Working with organisations including Danish Refugee Council, Plan International, and IOM, I have led compliance systems strengthening across 20+ partner organisations and delivered training to over 1,200 staff. My experience covers multi-donor programmes aligned with UN, ECHO, USAID/BHA, DANIDA, SIDA, and GFFO standards — with strong expertise in investigations, grievance mechanisms, data protection, and cross-functional collaboration.

My background in safeguarding, PSEAH, and GBV gives me a distinctive combination of technical compliance depth and field-level understanding — translating international regulatory standards into operational systems that protect organisations, staff, and the people they serve.
